Guard Director/Guard Administrator/Band Director:
Registration for the 2024 Indiana High School Color Guard Association (IHSCGA) will begin on September 1, 2023. The fee structure will remain the same for the 2024 season and be as follows:
- Membership: $250
- Affiliate Membership (additional groups): $100 per additional group
- Contest Fee – $100 per contest
All registration will take place through each group’s CompetitionSuite account. Only individuals with administrator privileges will be able to register and select shows. If you are new to your school, or you do not have a CompetitionSuite account set up, please send an email to info@ihscga.org with all of your information (your name, school name, etc.) and we will get you set up.
If you are a school who will have more than one group, the membership for all groups need to be done at once. Just keep adding groups before you end the transaction. This will allow the groups to be charged the correct amount. (IE 1st group 250.00, subsequent groups 100.00)
Each group will also be able to select their shows upon registration. While membership into the association as well as show selection can be done at the same time, you will receive a separate invoice for each.
The event registration invoice typically arrives within ½ hour of submission.If you are paying by credit card, please note that even though you might see the contest events also on the screen, the charge will ONLY be for membership. You will need to wait for the event invoice (s) to arrive and then pay for those separately. If you are paying by check, you may combine both invoices and send one check for all amounts.
As an example:
If you are a school with 3 groups, you should receive a total of 4 invoices. One for membership and then 3 separate event invoices for each group. That would require 4 different CC payments or you can combine them all and write one check to send.
The 2024 Contest Calendar has not been updated on the website yet, but is listed within Competitionsuite for registration.
